另据北京市气象台消息， 本周双休日，周六京城天气晴朗，但北风较大，仍有五六级阵风，最高气温在4℃上下，受风寒效应影响，体感还是很冷的。户外出行注意防风防寒。周日气温回升，风力放缓，天气适宜户外活动和开窗通风，但空气干燥，还应注意勤补水保湿。

从目前来看，预计下周京城气温持续低迷，冬季冷空气频繁，气温低，体感冷，大家要及时关注天气变化，提前做好防范。

另外，气象部门提醒，目前本市郊区部分水面虽有结冰现象，但冰面很薄，请勿到无人看管的冰面野冰野钓，以免发生危险。
