4月11日下午，石景山分局五里坨派出所副所长许硕带队，配合五里坨街道办事处，对辖区内浅山区平房住户开展劝离安置工作。17时许，住户历大娘因身患疾病，无法自主行动，许硕将其从家中抱出，并开车护送到安置场所。
为确保剩余群众生命财产安全，五里坨派出所专门部署民警周宝力，坚守在浅山平房区，时刻做好准备，及时发现和有效处理险情。

怀柔分局琉璃庙派出所组织警力深入辖区，针对大风天气可能带来的安全隐患进行全面排查。

4月12日凌晨，石景山分局新古城派出所民警李晟旭、任华琛、白云鹏同志执行夜间出警任务期间，发现路面有断裂树干横亘路面。
面对此情况，三名同志立即开展清理工作，在低温伴随强风的环境下，三人持续奋战40余分钟，最终恢复道路通行，消除安全隐患。

此前，海淀交通支队为做好大风天气应急处置，提前为各执勤大队配发电动手锯，并进行使用培训，在清理倒伏树木过程中发挥重要作用。

4月12日上午，朝阳分局呼家楼派出所接110报警，在朝阳医院东门，树木被大风吹歪，导致电线被破坏。
民警到达现场后，顶着大风在马路中央维护现场秩序、疏导交通、设置警戒线，并对现场群众耐心解释疏导，并第一时间与街道、路政、交通等部门沟通配合，快速恢复现场秩序，没有进一步造成损失，有效地保护了周边群众的人身及财产安全。

4月12日中午，顺义分局交通支队李桥中队中队长王震，在路面巡逻中发现一名女子在车站附近徘徊，该群众携带行李在风中行进困难，王震即刻下车询问。
了解到该女子早上出来到此处务工，因天气原因暂停工作需要坐公交车返回住处，但因公交线路临时停运，该群众又对周边环境不熟悉，正不知所措。了解情况后，王震主动提出帮助，用警车把群众安全送回住处。

4月12日中午，东城分局建国门派出所辖区内，接报一起因大风将树吹倒砸在私家车上的警情。
接报后，建国门派出所政委唐晓伟、民警王海成及时到场处置，第一时间拉起警戒线封锁现场，同时联系并会同街道办事处、交管部门维持周边秩序，清理事故现场，目前已经妥善处置。
