大墙内的“共享”
书屋
莎士比亚曾经说过：“书籍是全世界的营养品。生活里没有书籍，就好像没有阳光；智慧里没有书籍，就好像鸟儿没有翅膀。”
在宝山监狱，即使身处大墙之内，罪犯们对知识的渴望也从未熄灭。为了满足他们的求知欲望，宝山监狱设立了“共享”图书馆，让罪犯们在改造过程中，通过学习将刑期变成学期，书籍成为他们重要的精神食粮。

PART.01
“共享”图书馆的筹建

为了丰富图书馆的图书资源，宝山监狱开展了多项筹备工作。一方面，积极动员罪犯参与捐书活动，同时挖掘整理监区内的废旧图书资源；另一方面，与街道图书馆进行对接，引进更多优质图书。通过这些举措，为“共享”图书馆的成立奠定了坚实的基础。

“共享”图书馆的管理

为了让“共享”图书馆高效运行，监区“小法宝”法治工作室制定了图书馆实施细则及图书借阅指南，并在监区活动大厅进行公示，确保每一位罪犯都能清楚了解借阅流程，做到人人知晓、人人会借。

“共享”知识和文化
宝山监狱通过“共享”图书馆，积极开展各类读书活动。每季度举办读书节，每月开展读书心得分享会，每周组织读书沙龙。以图书馆为媒介，书籍成为罪犯们交流的桥梁，帮助他们养成阅读的兴趣爱好，让阅读成为改造过程中的一剂“心灵良药”。

罪犯眼里的“共享”图书馆

“监区里面有了公共图书馆，让我们这些爱看书的人，有了更多的阅读机会和选择，非常感谢警官。”罪犯徐某说道。
“我们虽然可以购买书籍，但毕竟数量有限。公共图书馆给了我们更多选择，让我们可以看更多自己喜欢的书，真的非常不错，感谢政府警官为我们所做的一切。”罪犯陈某表示。
“以前我不喜欢看书，但参与读书沙龙活动后，我发现了阅读的魅力，从旁观者变成了真正的读者。阅读给我的改造带了一抹亮色。”罪犯李某说。

未来，宝山监狱将继续拓展监区“共享”图书馆的功能定位。通过探索建立好书推荐会、读书心得分享会、读书朗诵会等方式，让更多的罪犯感受到阅读带来的乐趣，让“共享”图书馆成为他们改造路上的温暖港湾。
