12月9日至10日，青海省内多地出现降雪降温，造成道路湿滑积雪结冰，给广大人民群众出行安全带来风险隐患。为全力降低恶劣天气带来的不利影响，省公安厅交通警察总队部署全省各级公安交管部门科学安排警力，加大巡逻管控，排查处置隐患，通过微信、抖音等新媒体平台及时发布天气、路况信息。全省多地公安交管部门以雪为令，迅速启动恶劣天气应急处置预案，全面加强事故高风险隐患路段巡逻管控，坚决确保道路安全畅通、稳定有序。期间共出动警力1140余人次，巡逻警车280余辆次，交通管制道路24段并疏导滞留车辆200余辆安全通行，通过广播、LED可变电子屏、手机短信发布各类出行提示230余条次。
